Grand Canyon Country Campground RV Camper Agreement & Rules
By entering the premises, registering a reservation, or occupying a campsite, all Campers and their guests agree to comply with the rules and policies listed below. This Agreement is intended to promote the safety, enjoyment, and responsibility of all campers while preserving the natural environment of the Campground.
1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is only allowed with prior written approval and may incur additional charges.
2. Site Use and General Behavior
- Campers may only occupy the designated campsite assigned at check-in.
- One RV and one personal vehicle are allowed per campsite unless prior arrangements are made.
- Campers must maintain a clean, neat, and orderly campsite at all times.
- Absolutely no subletting, transferring, or sharing of sites without prior approval.
- Disorderly, aggressive, or unlawful behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Pet Policy
- All dogs must be leashed at all times while outside the RV.
- Campers must clean up after their dogs immediately and dispose of waste properly.
- Failure to pick up after a pet will result in a $350 fine.
- Aggressive pets or excessive barking will not be tolerated and may result in the pet being banned from the campground.
- Pets must never be left unattended outside or tied to trees or site fixtures.
4. Fire Policy
- Campfires are only permitted in designated fire rings or fire pits provided at each site.
- All fires must be supervised and fully extinguished before leaving the area or going to bed.
- During high fire danger, fire bans may be in effect. Notices will be posted and must be followed without exception.
- The use of fireworks, sparklers, explosives, or open flames outside approved areas is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of the fire policy may result in immediate eviction and/or fines.
5. Children and Minors Policy
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No child is permitted to roam the campground unsupervised, especially near fire pits, roads, RV connections, or wildlife areas.
- Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children’s behavior, conduct, and safety.
6. Wildlife Advisory
- The campground is in a natural wilderness area; wild animals such as deer, coyotes, snakes, and bears may be present.
- Campers must never feed, approach, or attempt to interact with wildlife.
- All food, trash, and scented items must be securely stored to prevent attracting animals.
- The Campground is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or incidents involving wildlife.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Campers and their guests use the Campground at their own risk.
The Campground, its owners, staff, and management are not liable for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses that occur on or near the premises.
This includes, but is not limited to, injuries caused by wildlife, fire, weather, other campers, pets, or natural terrain.
Campers accept full responsibility for all personal injury, property damage, or accidents involving themselves, their family, their guests, and their pets.
By entering the Campground, the Camper agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Campground from any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from their stay.
8. Speed Limit & Vehicle Safety
- The campground speed limit is 5 MPH.
- All vehicles must stay on designated roads and parking areas.
- No off-road vehicles (ATVs, dirt bikes, etc.) are to be operated within the Campground.
- No vehicle repairs, oil changes, or fluid draining is permitted on-site.
9. Dumping and Waste Disposal
- Dumping of any waste or gray/black water outside of designated dump stations is strictly prohibited.
- Chemical RV toilet waste must be disposed of properly using designated systems.
- Violation may result in fines, eviction, and legal consequences per state environmental law.
10. Trash & Site Cleanliness
- Campers are required to keep their site free of litter, food waste, and debris.
- Trash must be bagged and placed in designated campground dumpsters.
- Do not leave food, coolers, or trash outside unattended, especially overnight.
11. Noise Policy / Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Loud music, generators, parties, or disruptive activity is not permitted during quiet hours.
- Excessive noise or repeated complaints may result in eviction.
12. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal drug use or possession
- Public intoxication or disorderly conduct
- Use of firearms or weapons
- Destruction of property, trees, or wildlife
- Harassment or threats toward staff or other guests
- Any violation of local, state, or federal laws
13. Enforcement and Eviction
Management reserves the right to remove any camper or guest for violations of this agreement or behavior that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others, with no refund.
Fines may be assessed for damages, cleanup, or rule violations (including the $350 pet fine).
14. Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing below or occupying a site at Grand Canyon Country Campground, the Camper acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, rules, and liability waivers in this Agreement. The Camper further agrees to inform all guests under their reservation of these rules and is responsible for their compliance.
